All products remain Rosens' property until full payment is received.

Card details are not stored by Rosens.

4. Force Majeure

5. Local Taxes & Import Fees

6. Sale Items

Sale items are non-returnable. However, they can be exchanged for another sale item in-store at Riddargatan 14, Stockholm, within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are not provided for sale items.

If a product is unavailable or sold out, Rosens reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount to the original payment method.
Rosens will notify the customer in case of stock shortages and offer equivalent products if available.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rosens is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from using the products, except where required by law.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
