Refund policy

Delivery

We deliver within Sweden, the EU and internationally.

We ship from Stockholm, Sweden.

Swedish VAT will be deducted from the checkout for online orders being shipped outside of the EU.

International orders are shipped with UPS. Within Sweden is shipped with Postnord.

Please note that customs, duty and import fees (including tariffs and tax) (“Fees”) may apply if your Products are shipped to a destination outside of the EU, these Fees are not included in our delivery charges. Our Products are delivered duty unpaid. This means that we are responsible for transportation costs in the delivery of the Products (in accordance with the delivery charges at checkout), but not for paying any Fees relating to your Product which are imposed at the destination. You are responsible for paying all such Fees directly to the relevant authorities.

 

 

Returns / Refunds 

We offer a 14-day return policy for regular priced items, within the EU. You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging within the EU. Items must be returned in their original condition for a full refund. These policies apply to all sales platforms, such as cash on delivery, Instagram, Facebook or/and any social media. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items.

We do NOT accept returns/refunds on any purchases made outside of the EU.

Sale items  / Items on promotion are non-returnable. These items can only be exchanged in-store at our physical store located at Riddargatan 14, Stockholm, against another sale item. You may exchange a sale item / Items on promotion for another sale item of equal value within 7 days of receiving your order at our physical store. Please note, we do not offer refunds on sale items  / Items on promotion .

 

How to Return an Item:

  • To initiate a return, please email to Mathilde@milligi.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • You will receive further instructions on how to return the item.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong or damaged item).
